No matter how difficult your personal situation is, it helps to seek help. Our advice center is staffed by professionals who women and girls aged 16 and over can turn to if they are in a difficult situation. Relatives or friends who are worried about women or girls can also turn to us.

Who we advise

Women, trans*, non-binary, inter*

Our target groups are women and girls aged 16 and over who are affected by domestic violence or have experienced violence, as well as women who use violence, relatives, friends and professionals.

We are an independent organization/own association.

What we advise on

We advise on the following topics: Psychological violence, physical violence, sexualized violence, FGM_C (female genital mutilation), marital and partnership conflicts, separation situations, stalking, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and trauma-related disorders.

How we counsel

We provide counseling in the form of personal counseling, both for shorter and longer periods of time, group offers, telephone counseling, anonymous counseling, further education/training of multipliers.

Languages, accessibility and costs

Advice in other languages/support through interpreting is possible in English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Hindi, Urdu, Bulgarian, Albanian, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Turkish, Russian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Georgian.
Other languages can be made possible by prior arrangement.

Unfortunately, our advice center does not have wheelchair access. For women* who require barrier-free access, barrier-free rooms can be rented if required.

You can use our services free of charge, a donation is welcome.
