Counseling center for women - emergency calls (Beratungsstelle Frauen-Notruf Münster e.V. )
Some people are willing and able to react immediately after experiencing sexualized violence. For others, it takes a long time before they even dare to talk about it. At the Frauen-Notruf, it doesn't matter how long ago an experience occurred: as soon as there is a need to talk or seek advice, women and girls aged 14 and over can come to us anonymously and free of charge for professional advice on all forms of sexualized violence.
Who we advise
Women and girls (aged 14 and over) who are victims of sexualized violence or have experienced such violence, relatives, friends and professionals.
We are an independent organization/our own association.

What we advise on
We focus on the topics of sexualized violence, digital violence/cyber violence.
How we advise
We provide advice in the form of personal counseling, process support, crisis intervention, online counseling, telephone counseling, anonymous counseling, further education/training of multipliers, information/information material (generally for all interested parties and specifically for professionals), long-term help and as specialist counseling for psychotraumatology.
Languages, accessibility and costs
Advice in other languages/interpreting support is available in English.
We do not have wheelchair access, but alternative facilities are available.
