The Women's Emergency Call Counselling Centre is a specialist counselling centre for women and girls in cases of sexualised violence.
Who we advise
We advise women and girls aged 14 and over who have experienced, experienced or fear sexualised violence.
We also advise supportive relatives and trusted persons who are helpful to an affected woman.
We advise
- regardless of how long ago the experience of violence occurred,
- regardless of whether a complaint has been filed or whether a complaint is to be filed or not,
- anonymous if desired.
We are an independent institution/own association.

What we advise on
We advise on all forms of sexualised violence. These include:
- Rape within and outside of marriage, partnership or family
- Sexual abuse in childhood
- Sexualised violence in connection with knockout drops
- Sexualised harassment in public spaces
- Sexualised harassment at work, in training or at school
- Sexualised digital violence
How we advise
Together with you, we can clarify which steps are important for you. You decide what you want to talk to us about. We help you, for example, to make decisions, find ways out of violence and develop self-healing powers.

Languages, accessibility and costs
Counselling is also available in English. For other languages, we will try to find a suitable interpreter.
Our counselling centre is not barrier-free. If you are in a wheelchair, we will advise you in another room or via video. Let us know before the first appointment.
